RETURN

All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges may be made at our discretion. If you would like to place a claim for a refund or exchange please email us at Inkwavecollection@gmail.com

Refund or exchange claims made (30) Days after item are received will not be considered.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately is the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damages reported after (30) Days upon reception will be considered fault of the customer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
